We offer specialised advisory services for entrepreneurs and investors interested in acquiring or developing fuel service stations. Our process is structured for transparency, precision, and real results, with a clear path from initial engagement to deal closure.

Our Engagement Process

A 30-45 minute session to get to know you, understand your investment goals, and assess how we can support your journey in the fuel sector.

Following the introductory call, clients who wish to proceed sign an engagement agreement and pay a once-off, non-refundable commitment fee of R25,000. This includes:

  • Deal sourcing
  • Desktop analysis of the investment opportunity.
  • Analysis of revenue streams
  • Site visit(s)

Optional Add-On Services (Quoted Separately)

  • Due Diligence – R25,000
  • Deal Structuring with Oil Companies and/or Financiers – R20,000
  • Capital Raising – 4% of capital raised

A success fee of 3.5% of the total transaction value applies upon successful conclusion of any transaction facilitated by Charter M Advisory.
